been a sewing

Yep I can't put the sewing machine away. I signed up for a craft swap with my mom's group. I waited to post this just so those that read this that are also going don't get to peek at my project.

I saw something similar to these online. But I made up my own pattern and found some cute fabric at Joann's. Sewed them up and BAM! Cuteness! The dude loves them and will be getting some of them for Christmas.

I also saw this idea on one of my favorite sites Threadbanger. I thought 'hey I have a bunch of ties around here, let's see how it looks.' It was super easy to make. And fancy enough for those Holiday parties we have coming up.
