So a couple months ago I checked out a bunch of Slow Cooker cook books from the library. I went through each one and wrote down the recipes that I liked. Since the only real recipe I use my slow cooker is pot roast.
Here is one of the recipes we tried and liked.
Autumn Pork Roast
1 2lb boneless pork loin
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 6oz pkg dried medley fruit mix
1/2 cup apple or cranberry juice
1/4 tsp pepper
Spray inside of cooker with cooking spray
Place pork loin in cooker, sprinkle with garlic powder, top loin with fruit, pour juice over pork. sprinkle with pepper.
Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours.
